Getting here

The office is located at 2500 Bransford Ave, Nashville, TN 37204, above Petrichor Coffee. You can enter Petrichor Coffee into your GPS.

Park in the garage next to the coffee shop, then wait inside Petrichor Coffee and I will come get you. The coffee shop is open until 3pm daily. If your appointment is after 3pm, please meet me at the door and I will let you in.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan. Reimbursement is not guaranteed; please check with your plan.

Can I come in person but meet virtually sometimes?

Of course. We can meet virtual whenever that works best for you and is a good option for bad weather, transporation issues, etc.

Do I have to come every week?

Nope. We can set a schedule that works well for your life and its different seasons. I do recommend weekly sessions when first starting out or when consistent support is beneficial, but having a different schedule does not disqualify you from therapy :)
